Rooms are outdated for the location and prices. Seriously, please update the coffee machines to Keurig, and replace the nasty shampoo with a premium one worthy of charges. Nicholas is a great guy at the service desk. Some of the ladies have serious attitudes. Location is very convenient

Our party recently stayed here and it's a fantastic place. Centrally located, there are many eating and entertainment opportunities. The front desk staff we're always on top of everything that we needed. Breakfast always exceded our expectations.Rooms were really nice and clean. Eating establishments are only a short walk. This was a enjoyable experience and if your into some games with the friends, inquire about the second floor deck game space.

Great staff! Most staff, including the cleaning and maintenance staff, were friendly and welcoming. Only 2 receptionists and 1 cleaning lady were mediocre...we stayed for 4 nights. The buffet staff were friendly and kept the food stocked well, all the way up to closing time. The location is convenient to Huntington Beach, Asian Town, retail shops, restaurants, and several parks. My kids enjoyed the 2nd floor outdoor area, except they were disappointed we had to pay for the bean bags to play cornhole. There are some homeless folks in the area, but we never saw them roam onto the hotel parking lot. In and out is next door, and that's where some homeless people hangout. We were concerned with where we parked due to signs all over the parking lot to bring in belongings and lock your vehicle (easy access to i405). We'd definitely stay here again, if necessary. Parking lot is well lit. Hotel has several entrances/exits. Rooms are cleaner than other SpringHill Suites we've stayed at. The mirror light in room 407' bathroom is finicky and needs to be replaced. Water comes out easily of the shower onto the floors. So, ask for extra towels. My family appreciated the extra mirrors on the inside and outside of the closet doors. There are connecting room options. For 1 of the 4 nights, we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Thankfully, we were too tired to be bothered by the noise at midnight. However, ask for a room without connecting room options if you're sensitive to noise. We placed a towel on the ground at the adjoining door to help buffer some sound, but it didn't work. Ashley is an awesome receptionist, who is down to earth, kind, welcoming, and informative. The guy that worked with her at times is awesome too. They both greeted everyone every time (even if it was just a smile and nod) and were very welcoming.

I really like this place and would definitely stay again. My family stayed for a week while visiting family. The hotel and room were nice and super clean. Every staff member we interacted with was stellar...friendly and professional. Really I can't say enough about how great the staff was. The free breakfast each morning was also good...eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, bagels, mini quiche, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal bar (with a ton of options), yogurt, juice, and coffee. It was available from 6:30-9:30am on weekdays and 7-10am on weekends. There's a fun outdoor space on the second floor with a huge chess board, Jenga, cornhole, tv, and a ton of seating. The room itself was nice. It would be a great space to work from. There is a nice desk and separate area with a couch. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. My only minor complaint is the layout of the beds and bathroom is strange. The bathroom is right in front of the two queen beds. It had a big, opaque farmdoor. If someone used the bathroom at night and turned on the light, it was super bright for anyone in bed. The location also made it a bit weird for privacy reasons. Other than that, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient location right off the 405 and an easy stop on our family SoCal roadtrip. We are a family of 4 with a 6 year old and 6 month old. The rooms with trundle beds are desirable for our 6 year old’s safety as she is wiggly during sleep and sure enough she ended up on the floor trundle/pull out while she slept on the top couch. I took off 1 star as the trundle mattress was super springy and uncomfy. The actual beds were comfy though! Breakfast was plentiful and rooms/lobby areas were very clean and kept up well. Staff were friendly. We’ll be back again!

Nice hotel. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. I was unhappy with the $12 change for parking which does not appear until you are ready to guarantee the reservation. There is nothing special about the parking lot to warrant this kind of a charge. Also the hotel has no pool.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. There are many places to eat that are walking distance and easy access to the freeway to get around town.
